We also help families keep their pets by providing emergency pet food, transportation to veterinary appointments, and educational resources that promote responsible pet ownership.

Too many cats in rural Louisiana face hunger, illness, injury, and homelessness without access to the care they need. Marsh Cat Rescue is committed to changing that by providing lifesaving programs, supporting local families, and working with our community to create a brighter future for every cat.
Every day, countless cats are abandoned, born outdoors, or struggle without access to food and medical care. Marsh Cat Rescue works to break this cycle through compassionate action, responsible population control, and community partnerships that improve the lives of both cats and their caregivers.
