Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 2026
Last Updated: January 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Best Solutions Mobile Health (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling an appointment, utilizing our services, or engaging with our staff, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Best Solutions Mobile Health provides professional specimen collection and testing coordination services, including but not limited to:

  • Legal and non-legal DNA testing (paternity, maternity, sibling, grandparent, immigration, and related testing)

  • DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing (urine, rapid screening, hair follicle, and breath alcohol testing)

  • Fingerprinting services

  • Phlebotomy and laboratory specimen collection

  • Background screening support services

All services are provided by appointment only at approved commercial locations or authorized mobile sites. Residential or in-home drug testing is not offered.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. Same-day appointments may be available based on staff availability. Clients are expected to arrive on time; a brief grace period may be allowed. Late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancellations within 24 hours may result in rescheduling or service fees. Walk-in services are not guaranteed.

3. Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, electronic payments, and approved business payments. Certain services require full payment prior to specimen collection. Once a service has been rendered or a specimen collected, all sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Legal & Court-Admissible Testing

For legal or court-admissible testing, Best Solutions Mobile Health follows strict chain-of-custody protocols and works with accredited laboratories. Clients must disclose intended legal use at the time of scheduling. Non-legal testing does not meet court standards and cannot be converted after collection. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete client information.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

Client information and test results are handled in accordance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. Results are released only to authorized individuals listed on consent or chain-of-custody documentation. Information will not be disclosed without written authorization unless required by law.

6. Result Timeframes

Result timelines vary by service type and laboratory processing standards. While most results are delivered within standard industry timeframes, delays may occur due to laboratory processing, holidays, or documentation issues. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful personal information

  • Follow all instructions provided by collection staff

  • Conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner

  • Refrain from attempting to alter, falsify, or interfere with any testing process

Failure to comply may result in refusal of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Best Solutions Mobile Health acts as a collection and coordination service and is not a testing laboratory. We are not responsible for laboratory delays, inconclusive findings, or outcomes resulting from test results. Decisions made by employers, courts, or third parties based on test results are outside our control and responsibility.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who:

  • Is disruptive, threatening, or abusive

  • Appears impaired by drugs or alcohol

  • Refuses to follow safety or collection protocols

  • Requests services outside our scope or legal guidelines

10. Age Requirements

Clients must be 18 years or older to consent to testing. Minors require a parent or legal guardian to provide written consent and valid identification.

11. Re-Collections & Disputes

Additional fees may apply for recollection if a specimen is rejected due to client-related issues. Any disputes regarding test results must be directed to the testing laboratory responsible for analysis.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Updates to Terms

Best Solutions Mobile Health reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
